Cococo Chocolatiers creates award-winning chocolates and handcrafts fine cocoa confections, including Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut® products, using couverture chocolate made with Rainforest Alliance Certified™ sustainable & fair trade cocoa and cocoa butter. They are based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They are expert manufacturers and retailers of artisanal chocolates and purveyors of fine cocoa confectionery. The team is capable of manufacturing and co-packing virtually any product containing chocolate as a primary or defining ingredient. They are committed to cocoa sourcing to benefit cocoa farmers and to protect the rainforest where cocoa grows, and are involved in the Cocoa & Forests Initiative (CFI).
