HIMENOSAKU. is a long-established pot workshop founded in 1924. Mr. Toshikazu Himeno, the third-generation craftsman, is one of the few hand-hammered pot makers in Japan. The workshop focuses on creating durable products designed to last a lifetime with the user. Their hand-hammering technique on 3mm-thick aluminum plates makes the material harder and tougher, expands the surface area for improved thermal conductivity, and ensures even heat distribution.
