Established in 2010, the company operates a 3000m2 factory and employs between 201 and 300 people. N TATLIM offers an extensive portfolio of frozen desserts, including cheesecakes, soufflés, tiramisu, trileçe, and various cakes, alongside frozen pastries, pizza, pasta, pies, and lemonade. All products are manufactured under strict quality controls, adhering to the Turkish Food Codex, and are shock-frozen at -40°C to ensure quality and long-term storage. The company holds HALAL, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 certifications, reflecting its commitment to international quality and food safety standards. N TATLIM serves restaurants, cafés, hotels, and supermarket chains, with a strong international presence through a depot in Germany, distributors in Denmark and the Netherlands, and direct exports to numerous countries.
