Prof. Adam W. Feinberg is a Professor in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. He is the principal investigator of the Regenerative Biomaterials and Therapeutics Group, founded in 2010. His lab develops materials-based engineering strategies for tissue regeneration, focusing on 3D bioprinting, biomaterials, and cardiac tissue engineering. His work includes the development of open-source syringe pump extruders like the Replistruder for extrusion-based 3D bioprinting of soft materials.
