Tengizchevroil LLP

Tengizchevroil LLP (TCO) is a premier joint venture and a cornerstone of Kazakhstan's energy sector, established in 1993 to develop the super-giant Tengiz and Korolev oil fields. Headquartered in Atyrau, the company is a partnership between Chevron (50%), JSC NC KazMunayGas (20%), ExxonMobil Kazakhstan (25%), and Lukoil (5%). TCO operates one of the world's deepest and most technologically complex oilfields, with estimated recoverable crude oil reserves of 1.4 billion metric tonnes. The company employs between 2,001 and 5,000 people, maintaining a workforce that is over 90% Kazakhstani citizens.
