Samir & Aly started in the late 1960s when two best friends opened a small accessories shop with one shelf of stationery products. They eventually switched to selling only stationery, importing goods from Libya, and officially opened their first branch on September 1, 1969, in Abbassia, in front of the Engineering University. Through hard work, passion, and the help of the second generation, they grew to more than 24 branches across Egypt, over 40 worldwide agencies, and more than 600 employees. In 2019, they started their own production line for White Boards in a 12,000m² factory.
