Sangenshi Kikuoka

Sangenshi Kikuoka is a specialized shamisen workshop that directly imports wood and leather for shamisen from India, Southeast Asia, China, and Taiwan. Skilled craftsmen carefully finish each material. They also handle valuable white and red wood shamisen. They do not stock new finished products, as they select materials according to budget and purpose. They also develop new products to promote shamisen, such as the simplified Kojami Chinton, SHAMIDAMA (a kendama with a shamisen motif), and Dahouon (a percussion instrument shaped like a shamisen body).
