Taylor Shellfish Farms is a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest, operating for over a century. The company began in 1890 in Totten Inlet with the farming of Olympia Oysters in the Puget Sound. It is currently led by Bill and Paul Taylor and their brother-in-law Jeff Pearson, who have expanded the product line to include geoduck, mussels, and various specialty half-shell oysters. The company has grown to include over 500 dedicated employees, including members of the Taylor family's fifth generation. They are committed to quality, sustainability, and community in shellfish farming.
