Ithaca Soy

Ithaca Soy has been a staple of the Ithaca community for over 25 years. Founded with a commitment to bring people the freshest handmade, unpasteurized, artisanal, small-batch tofu and Tofu Kan, Ithaca Soy is one of the only handmade tofu producers in New York State. All of the tofu produced by Ithaca Soy is made with local organic soybeans and the Kan is made with New York State soy sauce.
