PepsiCo is one of the world's leading food and beverage companies, serving over 200 countries. In South Africa, PepsiCo employs approximately 12,000 South Africans across multiple sites, including three corporate offices, over 40 production facilities, and about 70 distribution and warehouse facilities. The company entered South Africa in 1997 with an investment in Simba and acquired Pioneer Foods in March 2020.
