XHOME Eco Factory

XHOME Eco Factory belongs to the XHOME system and is a furniture factory with locations in Hanoi (12000m2) and Ho Chi Minh City (5000m2 in District 9, now Binh Trung Ward). The factory offers a diverse product portfolio, including separate furniture and built-in furniture for XHOME projects nationwide. They work with various materials including industrial wood, natural wood, metal furniture, leather, and fabric. The factory maintains a professional and meticulous production level due to directly serving XHOME's high-end customers. Being part of the large-scale XHOME Design Center system, XHOME Eco Factory understands interior design and construction, allowing for coordinated production of high-demand 'tailor-made' interior products. They also have a showroom for sample materials and finished products for customer experience. The factory has diverse production capacity, focusing on high-end furniture, handcrafted furniture, and products that meet clean and safe standards. They produce and install both built-in and finished separate furniture based on interior designs, using diverse products and materials from wood, leather, metal, and EU-standard exported interior products. XHOME Eco Factory applies a strict quality control process from raw material selection to finished products, ensuring each product meets strict EU standards. For example, oak wood is directly imported from the US from Baillie, meeting FAS (First and Seconds) standards, the highest classification level by the American Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA). Only 10-15% of wood on the market meets this standard. Each wooden bar is carefully selected to remove bad knots, ensuring seamless, smooth, and even wood grain for high aesthetic interior items. Imported wood batches come with certificates of origin (CO) and quality certificates (CQ) for transparency and traceability.
